Snowmen cropped up all over the state as much of South Carolina enjoyed a white Christmas this year. The last time the Upstate was blessed with a white Christmas was 1963.
Snowfall totals ranged from 2-4 inches in the mountains to a dusting to an inch farther south. A few flurries were seen as far south as Charleston, SC.
The national weather service in Greenville/Spartanburg has replaced the winter storm warning with a winter weather advisory for snow, which is in effect until 9:00pm.
